She was predeceased by: her mother Annette Mae Ladd (Whetstone); her husband Donald O'Day; her grandsons, Nathaniel Phillips and Marcus Phillips; her great grandchild Azaylia Rogers; and her siblings, Darrell Ladd (Ursula) and Nancy Fitzwater (Joseph).
She is survived by: her father Paul Maxwell; her daughter Katina Coleman (Vaughn Phillips); and her grandchildren, Dominic Phillips, JeVaughn Phillips Sr. (Taylee), Q'Vonte Phillips, LaTosha Houston (Marquel) and Alyssa Jennings. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the family to assist the family with funeral expenses.
