She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Bushy and Madeline Bushy (Bob); her husband Ronald McIntosh; and her siblings, Norman LaRue, Billy Bushy, Cathy Bushy, Florence LaRue and Martina Bushy.
She is survived by: her children, Jon David Coats of Lima, Penny L. Grigsby of Lima, Mark Coats of Lima, Ron Coats of Lima and Ronda J. Southibounnorath (Air) of Lima; and her grandchildren, Cody, Mala, Nitty, Josiah, Kiya, Alyjah, Mark Jr., Romey, Marsalis, Avery, Soleil, Tristan and Keaton. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
