He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kiggins and Elizabeth Kiggins (Reaman); his brother Dale Kiggins; and his sibling's children, Tyler Trelka and Courtney Simonis.
He is survived by: his close friend Donna Distasio of Junction City; his siblings, Bill Kiggins (Jan) of Junction City, Carol Seffernick of Lima, OH, Roger Kiggins (Robin) of Mosinee, Doris Golla (Bernie) of Junction City, Paul Kiggins of Junction City and Donnie Kiggins (Karen) of Oshkosh; and also, Jesse Gabbert (Lindsey), Avery and Cole. He is also survived by 16 nieces and nephews.
