She was predeceased by: her father James Hardin; her brother Michael Hardin; and her cousin Wendy Ketzenberger. She is survived by: her mother Jacqueline Mack (Miller); her son Chad Hale (Ruth); and her grandchildren, Aiden Hale, Julianna Hale, Maylynn Hale and Zachary Bunzey.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home (920 N Cable Rd, Lima, OH 45805). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family for funeral expenses.
