He is survived by: his wife Denise Lusk; his children, Trina Marling (Shawn) of Elida, OH, Kelly Lusk Jr. (Heather) and Derek Lusk of Lima, OH; his grandchildren, Devin, Tea', Thomas, Bradley, Kaden, Jaden, Destiny, Shaily, Kali, Lilie, Jazmine and Dalton; and his siblings, Kimberly Wheeler and Jeff Lusk of Lima, OH.. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association.
