He is survived by: his son Jason A. Schlenk (Holly) of Lima, OH; his grandchildren, Ava, Blake, Chloe and Lilly; and his sisters, Carol Whitlock (Gary) of Ross, OH, Karen Huff (Sam) of Fairfield, OH, Kay Mehlman (Pat) of West Chester, OH, Kristine Freimuth (Andy) of Fairfield, OH and Kim Tucker of Fairfield, OH.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
