He was predeceased by: his father Ronald W. Woods; his grandparents, Clayton, Juanita Woods, Earl, Arlene Gannon, Jack Wagner, Carolyn and Bob Snider; his uncles, Pete Gannon, Dennis Gannon, Jerry Follrod and Joe Wagner; and his aunt Virginia Mitchell.

He is survived by: his mother Earlene Wagner (Marty) of Lima; his stepparents, Marty Wagner of Lima and Bette Woods of Bellevue; his sisters, Becki Woods (Linda Kennedy) of Columbus and Jill Garig (Dusty) of Waco, TX; his siblings' children, Carl (Brittni), Chelsea (Adam), Jasmine and Clayton; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Xander, Owen, Adalyn and Dutch; and his close friends, Shannon and Juan Marval. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles, and many cousins.
