He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard E. Lewis and Helen Lewis (Renner). He is survived by: his wife Sharon Price of Lima; his children, Dr. Adam Lewis (Cynthia) of McMinnville, OR and Jamie Gross (Doug) of North Lewisburg, OH; his stepsons, Jason of Lima and Joshua High (Tayrn) of Lima; his siblings, Lyle Lewis (Lynette) of Elida and Carla Olds (John) of Traverse City, MI; his grandchildren, Brian, Joshua, Lainey and Ryder; his stepgrandsons, Ethan and Zachary; and his brother-in-law Michael Price of Lima. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
