He was predeceased by: his parents, William Woods, and Betty Woods, Sr. (Boyard); his brothers, Bryan and David Woods; and his brother-in-law Ronnie Layton.
He is survived by: his wife Angel Woods of Lima; his children, Larry Woods, Jr. (Brandy), Brandon Woods (Sarah), Derrick Woods, Richie Ogle, Alan Ogle (Hannah), Joshua Woods, Austin Money (Ali), Jace Woods, Angela Sites (John), Alisha McGhee (Matt), Katie Stocker (Dakota) and Kierra Woods; his siblings, Bill Woods, Jr. (Candy), Dale Woods (Deb), Bobby Woods (Tina), Patty Vernon (Tom), Cindy Abate (Tom), Carol Layton (Danny), Judy Layton and Joyce Hayes (Matt); his mother-in-law Linda Freytag; and his close friend Jim Ogle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services - Shawnee Chapel (1170 Shawnee Rd, Lima, OH 45805). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services, Shawnee Chapel (1170 Shawnee Rd, Lima, OH 45805).
