He was predeceased by : his mother Thelma K. Thompson (Sturgell); and his sisters, Patricia Stidham (Everett) and Wannetta Guyton. He is survived by : his wife Joyce A. Thompson (Reinsel); his daughter Lindsey Crisenbery (Joshua) of Lima, OH; his grandchildren, Owen and Ava Crisenbery; and his brother-in-law Martin Guyton of Ada, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist the family with funeral expenses.
