She is survived by: her husband Glen Carlton Webb; her children, Chad Eric Smith (Melissa Moller) of Louisville, KY, Angie Lynn Carnes (John LeRoy) of Lima and Adrian White (Carie); her grandchildren, Seamus Glenn Carnes (Samantha), Shannon Bailey Schlosser (Ty), Jonathan Phillip Carnes, Kolter Aiden Smith, Dalton Alexander Smith, Ani Craddolph, Jacob White, Olivia White, Kegan Webb and McKenna Webb; her great grandchild Carter Aaron Wayne Carnes; and her brother Jesse J. Tomasek.
