She is survived by: her children, Sandra "Jill" Jolliff (Perry) of Lima, OH, Teresa L. Proctor of Ada, OH, Paul F. Warren (Joy) of Lima, OH and Matt R. Warren (Kara) of Powell, OH; her grandchildren, Katie Smith (Zachary), Pamela Lappin (Andrew), Will Proctor (Shannon), Anne Seaman (Hunter), Amanda Jo Butterfield (Ryan), Jacob Warren and Sarah Reese (Jason); and her great grandchildren, Jonathan, William Smith, Roselynn, Isabella, Zoey, Eliza Lappin, Quinn, Merryn Proctor, Lincoln, Kaia Seaman, Eli, Shanna, Rebecca, Ezra, Hadleigh Butterfield, Hollyn and Heidi Reese.
Following Lois's wishes, she requested that memorial contributions may be made to an elevator fund at Union Chapel Missionary Church.
