She was predeceased by: her father Raymond Whitaker; her husband Herman Perry; her son Daniel K Perry; and her siblings, John, David Woodall and Lois Compton (Joe).
She is survived by: her children, Loyd Perry, Vivian Myers (Bob) and Deborah Berlin (Barry); her grandchildren, Brandon Berlin (Karen), Lindsey Berlin, Tyler Berlin (Lauren), Bethany Bass (Matt), Ben Perry, Ashley Perry, Melisa Myers and Ryan Myers; her great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Anna, Andrew Berlin, Scarlett Smithson and Emmit Bass; and her sisters, Barbara Malloy, Norma Hollar, Bonnie Thomas (Robert) and Connie Williams.
