He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd D. Crowe and Anna Pugh Crowe. He is survived by: his daughters, Sue Newland (Mike) of Lima and Lory Crowe of Cridersville; his grandson Shane Newland; his great grandchildren, Haley of Dublin, Ohio., Noah of Dublin, Ohio. and Camryn Newland of Dublin, Ohio.; his daughter Nanette Crowe; and his siblings, Russell, Richard, Everett, Orville Crowe and Irma Jean Van Atta.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to St. Rita's Hospice, The Salvation Army or to Marimor.
