She was predeceased by: her father William Mosier; her former husband Earnest Nelson; her sister Pamela Hempker; her nephew Jamie Harnishfeger; and her grandparents, Harry, Rebecca Hoeper, William and Clara Mosier.
She is survived by: her mother Dorothe Mosier (Hoeper); her daughters, Billie Jean Smith Stearns of Ottawa and Jocelyn Smith (Ty Watts) of Lima; her grandchildren, Kaylie, Adyn, Damien, Desiree', Jaleigh, Avereigh and Ayceton; and her brother Robert Mosier (Teresa) of Kentucky.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to help with expenses.
