She was predeceased by : her parents, Howard Cook and Alice Cook (Craig); and her siblings, Howard E. Cook (Bonnie), Shelby Cook (Ardath), Michael Cook (Carolyn) and Eileen Oard (Bob).
She is survived by : her sister Kathleen Cook of Lima; her nephew Mark Cook of Franklin; her sister-in-law Carolyn Conley of Lima; and her close friend Patricia J. Freeman of Lima. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
