We are sad to announce that, on March 12, 2026, at the age of 79, Marilyn M. Goodenough (Lima, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Marilyn is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Marilyn's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Brown and Margaret Brown (Pratt); her former husband Harry Hodde; her spouse Page Goodenough; and her siblings, Larry Brown, George Brown and Janet Illig.
She is survived by: her children, Rock Hodde (Renee) of Elida, Ohio, Donalda "Siss" Painter (Tommy) of Fort Pierce, Florida and Stephen "Steve" Hodde; and her siblings, Lynn Brown of Vero Beach, Florida and Roijean Maas of Delphos, Ohio.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
