She was predeceased by: her parents, Vivian Inghram and Margaret L. Inghram (Grinstead); her spouse Billie Blevins; her son Carey Blevins; her sister Kathryn Ann Inghram; and her brother-in-law Raymond Clay.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Allen Blevins (Rhonda) of Lima and Robert; her sisters, Devona "Dee" Clay of Lima and Joyce Taflinger (T. J.) of Lima; her grandsons, Adam Blevins (Jennifer), Aaron Blevins (Kassidee) of Britney Blevins, R. J, Zachary Blevins and Eric Blevins; and her daughter-in-law Leah Blevins of Lima. She is also survived by twenty-two great-grandchildren.
