He is survived by: his children, Ryan Tellez of Lima, Danny Bambaloff (Jeannine) of Lima and Theresa Bambaloff of Medina; his grandchildren, Dyani Bambaloff, Shayla Bambaloff, Harold Howard, Jacob Bystricki, Dacoda Tellez and Ethan Tellez; his siblings, Beth Miracle (Terry) of Heath and Mace Voehringer Newark (Lori); and his brothers-in-law, Jan Butler (Debbie) of Lima and Randy Butler (Linda) of Michigan.
