He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin J. Hardesty and Mary LaVonne Hardesty (Thomas); and his brother-in-law Craig Weaver. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Hardesty (Harruff); his children, Cybill Mann (Doug), Nigel Hardesty, Ashley Hardesty and Seth Hardesty; his grandchildren, Montana, Aubrey, Sam, Caleb, William and Max; and his siblings, Pam Weaver, Tim Hardesty (Erica), Dennis Hardesty (Vickie) and Thomas Hardesty (Pati).
