She is survived by: her spouse Jerry Allen Goodwin; her children, Ted Fuller (Holly), Steven Goodwin, Kimberly Surfield (Tim), Stacey Green (Phil) and Nicole Lawrence (Josh); her grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Ashley, Vance, Caleb, Leah and Edison; her great grandchildren, Luna and Vincent; and her siblings, Mike "Mick" Downing, Diana Miller (Tim) and Sandy Frazee (Greg).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Stroke Association or Lima Community Church.
