It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melissa Hatcher of Lima, Ohio, who passed away on January 1, 2023, at the age of 40, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernice Woods and Thomas Lee Protsman. She is survived by: her son Steven Hillard Hatcher; her aunt Fay Starkey; and her uncles, James Samons, David Samons, Donnie Samons and Jerry Samons.
