She was predeceased by: her parents, Merill Butler and Eva Butler (Holbrook); her spouse Dean Paxson; her brothers, Marty Butler and John Butler; her siblings-in-law, Jim Skorupski and Marilynn Butler; and her pet Corkie.

She is survived by: her sisters, Inga Skorupski, Ann Newland (Kenny Howard) and Shelly Borger; her sister-in-law Darla Butler; her pet Cricket; and her caregiver Annette Miller. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
