He was predeceased by: his parents, Mitchell Bailey and Omalee Bailey (Patton); and his siblings, Ronald Bailey, Debra Shepherd and Darlene Carter.
He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Newland (Jeff) of Lima and Amy Bailey of Lima; and his brother Dwayne Bailey (Liz) of Cairo. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren.
