He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. "Bob" Lackey and Gladys Marie Albin Lackey. He is survived by: his sisters, Dr. G. Lynne Lackey of Chevy Chase, Dr. Lara M. Lackey (David G. Murphy), British Columbia and Lu Ann Lackey of Ellijay, Georgia; his nephew Christopher Albin-Lackey (Rachel Rosen) of Chappaqua; and his nieces, Erin A. Murphy (Dennis Tasic) of Duncan, British Columbia, Meghan E. Murphy of Sayulita and Nayarit.
