Middaugh (Lima, Ohio), born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 15, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Middaugh and Barbara J. Middaugh (Spicer). He is survived by: his son Brett Middaugh (Katie) of Broken Arrow, OK; his granddaughter Stella Middaugh; his sisters, Pam Morris (Bart) of Broken Arrow, OK and Julie Robinson of Tulsa, OK; his nephews, Jake Tudor (Kristie), Blake Tudor (Jordan), Joshua Robinson, Jeremy Robinson and Jared Robinson; his niece Julieanna Robinson; his mother-in-law Lois Sanderson; and his siblings-in-law, Penny Sanderson and Scott Sanderson (Cheryl).
