He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Eugene and Janet Eley (Lubinsky); his brother Marion Eley; and his daughter-in-law Katie Mills. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Eley; his siblings, Susan Nell (David) of Columbus, Ohio, Pam Eley of Waynesfield, Ohio, Ronnie Eley of Lima, Ohio and Gary Eley (Christina) of Lima, Ohio.; his sons, Eric Eley (Melissa) of Temperance and Chad Eley (Valerie) of Lima, Ohio; his stepson Bobby Heidenescher of Lima, Ohio; his grandchildren, Kory Carter (Stacey), Amber Dodds, Katarina Bailey (John), Katelyn Mills, Skyler Heidenescher, Ella Eley, Avery Eley, Camden Eley and Caleb Eley; Sofie.
