He was predeceased by: his father Michael E. Gillyard, Sr.; and his grandparents, Bob and Mary Fernandez. He is survived by: his mother Sherelin Fernandez; his stepfather Stanley Peters; his siblings, Joshua Fernandez of New Hampshire, Jervon Fernandez-Wesley of Lima and Whitney Fernandez-Rowland of Bellevue, IL.; and his grandmother Carrie Gillyard.
