He is survived by: his children, David Hall (Amber) of Bluffton, Michael Cooper of Lima, Brandy Greer of Lima and Kyle Hall of Lima; and his siblings, Dewayne Neal of New York, Jimmy Neal (Deb) of Alger, Richard Cooper (Faye) of Lima, Sondra Huff (Allen) of Harrod, Wendy Brewster (John) of Lima and Kay Cooper of Lima. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
