He is survived by: his wife Diane Swartz (Koziura); his sons, Michael Brian Swartz (Nikki) and Steven Gordon Swartz (Gretchen); his grandchildren, Josephine, Colton and Cadence Swartz; and his siblings, Vickie Hackenberg, Becky Peckham, David Swartz and Jimmy Swartz (Tina).
