He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hunter; his son Chris Kovacek of Lancaster, Ohio; his granddaughter Madelyn Kovacek of Lancaster; his brother Bill Kovacek (Linda) of Elida; his niece Lisa Walters (Travis) of Lafayette, Indiana; his great-niece Kiersten Robertson; his great-nephew Hunter Walters; his brother-in-law Tom Hunter (Nancy); his nieces and nephews, TJ Hunter (Kristina), Kerri Smith (James) and Jeff Hunter; his brother-in-law Steve Hunter (Karen); his nephew Tyler Hunter; his niece Ellen Adams (Aaron); and his brother-in-law Tim Hunter (Cheryl).
