O'Neal, Jr. of Lima, Denise R. Richardson of Lima, Jerome J. O'Neal (Sherri) of Lima, Gregory L. O'Neal (Alana) of Phoenix, Arizona, Timothy D. O'Neal (Lakissha) of Columbus, Ohio and Paula J. Gwinn (Warren) of Centerville, Ohio.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
