He was predeceased by: his father Morris E. Strouss; his sister Linda Oglesbee; and his sister-in-law Betty Brown (Boyd). He is survived by: his sister Cheryl Luke of Vero Beach, Florida; and his brothers-in-law, Don Ballinger (Virginia) of Liberty, Indiana and Earl Ballinger (Carolyn) of Liberty, Indiana. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews; great nieces, nephews and cousins.
