He was predeceased by: his parents, Fayette Howard and Hattie Lee Howard (Clemons); his children, Pattie C. Howard and Dwaynel Howard; and his siblings, Jettie Thomas, Arthur Howard, Norman Howard, Freddie Howard and Earl Howard.
He is survived by: his wife Willa "Pearl" Davis Howard; and his sons, Cedrick T. Davis of Lima and Lee E. Howard of Louisville, KY.. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the New Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church (1904 S Main St, Lima, OH 45804). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
