She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Richard "Dick" and Bette K. Barnett (Ambos); and her siblings, Lawrence Barnett, James "Jim" Barnett and Jacque Bull.
She is survived by: her husband Dale A. Alkire of Lima; her daughters, Christina "Chris" Alkire of Lima and Jennifer Alkire (James "Smoke") of Lima; her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Ian, James, Heather, Jenna, Alexis and Damian; and her siblings-in-law, Kathy Earl (Wilbur) of Cairo, Ohio, David Alkire (Cathy) of Brillion, Gary Alkire (Maria) of Lansing and Ronald Alkire (JoAnn) of Arlington, Ohio.. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
