She was predeceased by: her husband John Spellman; her daughter Kathy Spellman; and her parents, Reuben Runyon and Marjorie Runyon (Patterson). She is survived by: her children, Kurt Spellman, Diana Spellman, Lima, Beth Spellman of Gomer and Lisa Spellman of Houston, TX; her sister-in-law Lydia Runyon (Barbara Runyon) of VanWert, OH; and her pet Oreo. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 5 great great, grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews and numerous others.
Memorial contributions may be made, to the Allen County Humane Society or the National Foundation for the Blind.
