She was predeceased by: her parents, Clinton Clark and Irene Clark (Chiles); her husband Richard L. Horn; her daughter-in-law Amanda Carter Horn; and her brother David Clark.
She is survived by: her children, David R. Horn and Jennifer L. Davis (Chuck) of Grove City, OH; and her grandchildren, Dylan R. Davis (Andrea), Kyle C. Davis and Colten D. Horn.
