It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nancy L. Shaffner (Lima, Ohio), who passed away on November 27, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil F. Kerr and Lenore Kerr (Ryan); her husband Jay W. Shaffner; her brothers, Virgil F. Kerr, Jr. (Joanne) and Bob Kerr; her siblings-in-law, Richard Shaffner (Mary Jo), Jack Shaffner (Mary Eva) and Joy McCaslin (Earl); and her sons-in-law, Dr. Bryan Beggin and Timothy McGinnis.

She is survived by: her children, Christian M. Shaffner (Casey) of Reynoldsburg, Elizabeth A. Fiely (David) of Greenville, Laura L Beggin-Alexander (Rob) of New Albany, Sara S. Stevenson (Mike) of Lima and Leslie M. McGinnis-Crook (David) of Monroe, MI; her grandchildren, Ryan Fiely (Meredith), Jason Fiely, Rachel Kerns (Matt), Mitchell Curtis (Amy), Garrett Beggin, Griffin Beggin (Jenna), Michael McGinnis (Christy) and Sidney Shaffner; her great grandchildren, Brynnasen, Rowan, Harper, Peyton, Isabelle and Scarlett; and her sister-in-law Shirley Kerr.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Gerard Catholic Church.
