He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Hale and Ruth Hale (Wireman); and his siblings, Deborah Miller, Michael Hale, Farrell Hale and Monte Hale.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry Hale (Punches); his children, Chasticy Jarrell, Kenneth Joiner (Ellece), Joshua Hale and Jacob Hale; and his siblings, Sharon Watkins (E. J.), Barbara Martin (Richard), Mary Kelley (Larry), Norma Dawson (Paul), Hope Hale, Mildred Yoder, Roxie Greenway, Frieda Zambrano (Tony), Early Mae Wiggins, Paul Hale, Norman Hale Jr. (Heidi) and Teddy Hale (Crystal). He is also survived by four grandchildren.
