It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ann Caskey of Lima, Ohio, who passed away on January 5, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl J. Johnson and Audrey C. Johnson (Albert); and her sons, Edward J. Caskey Jr. and Timothy Caskey. She is survived by: her husband Edward J. Caskey Sr.; her daughters, Caroline Prinzi (Scott) and Dawn M. Caskey-Slusher (Scott); her daughter-in-law Peggy Caskey; her siblings, Chuck Johnson (Lois), Linda Johnson and Goldie Estes (Rodney); her niece Audree; her grandchildren, Mitch Caskey (Judy), Michele Rosas (Rafael), Steffanee Burtchin (Steve), Nicholas Prinzi (Katelynn), Mandi Caskey, Paige Slusher (Ryan), Dillon Slusher, Samantha Fletcher (Kory), Summer Guthrie (Travis), Autumn Wehinger (Jarrod), Mason Caskey and Aaron Caskey; and her great grandchildren, Alex, Mia, Brody, Lyla, Cole, Keyton, Tommy, Braylen, Cage, Mathew, Amaih, Kamden, Gunnar, Kalvin, Channing, Silas, Saint and Baby Girl Wehinger.
