She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Evans and Mary Evans; her spouse Carlas Worsham; and her brother Dan Evans. She is survived by: her children, Eric Worsham (Angel), Scott Worsham (Shanna), Jennifer Jones (Mel) and Beth Ciminillo Worsham. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 greatgrandchildren.

Memorial contributions can be made to South Side Christian Church in Patricia's honor.
