Crisp-Kelley of Lima; his children, Patrick Warren Kelley, Jr. of Detroit, MI, Manajae Kshawn Kelley (Ameya Johnson) of Lima, Omarion T. Kelley of Detroit, MI and Teja J. Kelley of Lima; his grandchildren, Paitynn Kelley, Patrick Kelley III, Parker Kelley and Pharynn Kelley; his nieces, Sheba Croxton (Richard) and Deidra Harris Thomas (Corey); and his close friend Randall Allen Sr.. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
