He is survived by: his girlfriend Wanda Arnett of Lima; his daughters, Laura Hoff (Brian) of Olivehill, TN and Lisa Gossman of Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Brandon Howard (Ashley), Ashley Belamy (Bryan), Jerica Ginter, Justin Gossman (Kayla), Joey Gossman (Olivia) and Sebastian Caudill; and his siblings, Earl Caudill (Deborah), Murleen Thomas and Maxine Edgerton. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
