She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Windle and Audrey Windle (Hazelton); her husband Richard "Dick" Ward; her sons, Kenny and Mark Ward; and her son-in-law Jerry Dempsey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kay Dempsey of Lima and Susan Maus (Bill) of Lima; her grandchildren, Jason Dempsey (Jana), Sherri Dempsey, Brian Dempsey, Brandon Ward, Michelle Evans and Lindsey Evans; and her great grandchildren, Alyssa Coleman, Kaia Cotrell, Zoey Cotrell, Aria Cotrell, Gabriel Evans, Lance Ward, Kaleb Ward and Ellie Ward.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services - Shawnee Chapel (1170 Shawnee Rd, Lima, OH 45805). A memorial service was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Rita's Hospice.
