She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Carter and Edna Carter (Lusk); and her spouse Dale S. Baxter. She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey L. Baxter of Lima and Mark A. Baxter (Peggy) of Lima; her grandsons, Corey Baxter (Lindsey) of Tampa, FL and Christopher Baxter (Jessica Zirkel) of Columbus Grove; and her great grandchildren, Gage, Kira and Gabriella.

Memorial contributions may be made to Interim Hospice.
