He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Colley (Miller); his children, David Schmidt (Dina) of Jacksonville, FL and Kerri Murphy (Tim) of Waynesfield, OH; his grandchildren, Evan Humes, Taylor O'Grady, Megan Schmidt, Heaven Luckadoo (Cameron Kaiser), Gabe Murphy and Kevin Patterson; his great grandchildren, Everleigh Humes and Lylah Patterson; his siblings, Donald Colley of Marion, OH, Steven Colley of Columbus, OH, Vickie Smith (Steve) of Marion, OH, Jackie Craig of Helena, OH and Tina Colley of Arizona; his siblings-in-law, Chuck Miller (Sandy) of Ansonia, OH, Mark Miller (Deb) of Lima, OH, Tim Miller (Melisa) of Elida, OH, Lisa Brockman (Hal) of Lima, OH, Mary Bice and Elaine Lewis; and his nieces and nephews, Brooke Burklund (Cody), Halle Brockman (Caleb Grundisch), Kurt Dick (Jessica Blair) and Kyle Dick.
