With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Allen Cunningham (Lima, Ohio), born in Lawtey, Florida, who passed away on June 13, 2019 at the age of 63. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hendrieth and Mary Elizabeth Allen; her son Patrick Allen; and her stepfather Norman "Ted" Davis. She is survived by: her children, Christopher Allen (Tia Macklin) of Lima, Allyson Allen of Lima and Tenea Allen (Shawn Worthington) of Lima; her stepdaughters, Karlinda Cunningham of Lima, Karlita Cunningham of Lima, Tenniesha Smith of Lima and Tawna Smith of Lima; her siblings, William H. Allen (Ivy Jean) of Lima, Kevin Allen of Lima and Janice Benjamin of Lima; and her goddaughters, Tiffany Hines of Lima and Lynn Collins of Lima. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
