He was predeceased by : his mother Wanda Stauffer (Smith); and his grandparents, Floyd, Mary Stauffer, Lester, Lois Smith, Edison and Bernice Lehmann.

He is survived by : his father Ronald Stauffer (Karen) of Monmouth; his siblings, Ryan Smith (Jen) of Columbus Grove, Kevin Smith (Stacey) of Columbus Grove, Devon Stauffer (Natasha) of Minneapolis, Jodi Aimone of Charlotte and Renissa Giffis (Brian) of Minneapolis; and also Wanda Smith (Paul) of Columbus Grove, Ohio.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
