He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter M. Robb and Margaret Keys Robb; his wife Elisabeth Charlotte "Lottie" Robb (Prast); his children, James S. Robb and Kimberly A. Skidmore; and his brothers, Howard, Walter, James, Robert and Charles Robb.
He is survived by: his sisters, Martha Duda and Betty Jane Tua; his children, Lynnae P. Gandy and Ray Abel (Pilar); his son-in-law William Skidmore (Maribel); his grandchildren, Courtney Gandy, Taylor Gandy (Karissa), Cienna Kennedy (Cameron), Preston Gandy (Kyra) and Jason Hamilton (Sherry); and his great grandchildren, Addison, Elliot Gandy, Scott Schutt, Jacob, Jaden Hamilton, Rhoads Raymond Kennedy, Raine Elisabeth Kennedy and Landen Kennedy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Floral tributes are welcome, but memorial donations to American Legion Post 515 would be appreciated as well.
