He is survived by: his wife Christine Tillman (Moye) of Lima; his children, Richard Clinton Tillman, Jr. of Harrod, Jonathon Ray Tillman of Lima and Cassandra Marie Benedum (Rollie Thomas III) of Lima; and his grandchildren, Shawn Michael Benedum and John Tyler Benedum of Piqua.
